Bill Russell

Paralegal*

The elder Mr. Russell has two roles in the firm. As a Paralegal, he works with firm attorneys in all stages of pretrial case development, including document review and analysis, discovery, and depositions. As Director of Operations, he oversees the firm’s routine business functions, including contract administration, accounting, and payroll.

For almost three decades as an Intelligence officer, Bill led Air Force and joint service organizations specializing in information assembly, analysis, and reporting. After serving in numerous U.S. and overseas locations, he completed his military service directing worldwide intelligence support to the Army, Navy, and Air Force combatants of the United States Special Operations Command.

After retiring from active duty as a colonel, he worked for over ten years in the Washington, D.C., area as an executive in firms performing contract intelligence and security work for the U.S Government. In this capacity, he hired, trained, and managed professional analysts, linguists and security experts assisting Government organizations in countering threats to national security.
