Mr. Minor joined The Russell Firm as an Associate in 2016. His practice focuses on commercial and general civil litigation. He has experience in all phases of litigation, and he has successfully assisted a wide range of clients in a variety of both simple and complex matters.
In his commercial litigation practice, Mr. Minor has focused primarily on construction disputes, assisting both homeowners and construction companies.
In his general civil practice, Mr. Minor has represented individuals, families and businesses. His civil litigation practice has dealt mainly with contract disputes involving mid-sized businesses; for example, a dispute between an apartment rental firm and a tenant.
Mr. Minor’s personal priority is to use his legal expertise to secure justice for low-income and vulnerable populations. While in law school, Mr. Minor clerked with Legal Aid of Middle Tennessee, where he assisted low-income clients in a variety of matters. He continues to volunteer with local access-to-justice organizations.
He earned his J.D., Magna cum laude, in 2014 from the University of Tennessee and his B.A., Magna cum laude, in 2010 from The University of the South: Sewanee. He is currently admitted to the bars of Tennessee and Texas.
